How much “stuff” do we accumulate over the years? As a practicing Realtor in New Brunswick, I can tell you that every piece of “stuff” has to be removed from your property before the new owners (Buyers) take possession of the property!
It is an overwhelming process to remove all the “stuff” that has accumulated in your home over all those years. As a guide for removal, much of the “stuff” won’t go with you to your new address, so you must break it all down into several groups: to keep, to garbage, to give away, or to sell. Keep in mind the date when you would like to list your property “For Sale” and give yourself six months to a year to “declutter” your property and prepare for its “SALE”. It really isn’t an easy job, and it can be a very overwhelming task, but it needs to be completed!
