Time for a renovation project?
The family home is in disarray and the AC is overwhelming! New windows and doors are needed! A roof to minimize the AC is needed! Landscaping is a must! Maybe a re-design of the upper or lower floor is needed? To do this renovation properly, you would need PROs who are true experts in their field. Those PROs must provide great service which includes great workmanship married to fair pricing.
Warren Buffett once said “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.” This quote speaks volumes about honesty, integrity, accountability, responsibility, service and so much more! Each of these terms are “Natural Laws / Life Principles” that should be followed if we are to build positive relationships with others. Following these terms will make the difference if you own your own business. Following these terms will also make the difference in your own life! The key is to embrace these terms. They will indeed make a difference in your life!
Once you have chosen the PROs to complete the project, you will need to choose the windows, doors, and then, the siding. What kind of widows do you want? Do you want a window adjacent to your exterior door? Do you want a double door or single? either with or without blinds? As you can see, there are many types of exterior doors. Do your research. Find out what kind of taste you have. This door will be your entrance and will therefore add to the overall “warmth” your home exudes.
What do you want from a window? It does more than just let the exterior light into your home. Again, they also give your home style. Should they be Single Hung? Double Hung? Arched? Awning? Bay? Or more. Give it serious thought! Do your homework! Do your research!
How about your siding? Do you want wood, plastic, cedar, or another type? What color will you choose? What is your budget for the exterior of your home? Again, research your needs. Be well informed by visiting the appropriate retail outlet for the styles and “pieces” you need.
